Clinical trial data sourced from public registries remains in the public domain.

The Service aggregates clinical trial information from public sources including ClinicalTrials.gov, maintained by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.TRIALMATCHRX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIALMATCHRX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY MEDICAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrialMatchRX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any medical decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

TrialMatchRX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Louisiana.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
